5. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights and manufacturer documentation apply.
6. Liability
Liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life or health is unaffected. In B2B relations, indirect damages may be excluded where permitted by law.
7. Governing law
Hungarian law applies. Courts at the supplier’s registered seat have jurisdiction where permitted. Consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights.
